Join us for K-DAY, a special event dedicated to raising awareness about drug abuse and celebrating the life of Kayden C. Phillips, the youngest member of Culture Change. Our 4th annual K-DAY aims to provide an unforgettable experience for children while educating them about the dangers of drug use and promoting a healthy, drug-free lifestyle. We are working to raise $4,000 to cover all event expenses and ensure that every child has the best experience possible.Kayden was an energetic, fun-loving 8-year-old, and the son of our Director of Operations, Shauna Ike. Despite the challenges of Dyslexia, he was always bright and welcoming with a heart full of sunshine. Sadly, Kayden’s life was cut short in April 2021 due to a drug-related incident. His passing led us to honor him by creating a day filled with fun, joy, and education, just as he would have wanted. Through this event, we aim to spread awareness about drug and alcohol abuse and provide support for those who struggle with addiction.Your support for K-DAY helps us keep Kayden’s legacy alive while making a meaningful impact on the lives of children in our community. Together, we can help spread awareness and build a safer, drug-free environment.
