Shauna Ike

A lifelong Mercer County resident, Shauna Ike brings a deep-rooted commitment to the neighborhoods that raised her. Growing up in Hamilton and now residing in Ewing, Shauna's leadership at Culture Change is fueled by a clear-eyed understanding of the challenges facing her community and an unwavering belief in its potential for transformation. As Executive Director, Shauna is the architect of the organization's vision, ensuring every program and partnership remains grounded in the mission to "plant pride" and build systems that allow neighbors to take ownership of the places they share.

Shauna's journey with Culture Change began as a personal mission alongside her best friend and founder, Larry Paul. She finds joy in creating happy moments for diverse families and reshaping the environment to reflect the beauty of its people. To Shauna, community means neighbors looking out for one another and celebrating the differences that make them stronger—ensuring that in Mercer County, pride is not just felt, but lived.
