From our home base in Trenton, NJ and across Mercer County, we're restoring public spaces and building local pride through visible, hands-on action. We believe care is contagious—when the places we walk, play, and gather are valued, the community feels valued too!

Culture Change doesn't offer clinical services; we offer connection through strengthening the fabric of our neighborhoods. We work where life happens—in our parks, on our blocks, and at our doorsteps.
